What is Personal Training?
One-on-one training with a certified fitness professional that will help you:
- Learn how to set and reach your goals
- Use your workout time the most effective and efficient way
- Establish a habit that will improve your mind, body and spirit
- Understand your metabolism and how proper nutrition is essential

Do I have to join a gym? Yes, you need a gym membership which lets you use the gym even if you are not assisted by your trainer.
Children are welcome for personal training but unlike young adults 14 years and older, they do not need to pay a monthly gym membership. They must be accompanied by a trainer at all times. They cannot join the gym as an open gym member.
What are the hours for personal training?
Monday - Thursday: 5:00 am - 9:00 pm
Friday: 5:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
How much does Personal Training cost?
Approximately ...
$350 for (10) 1/2 hr. sessions
$700 for (10) 1 hr. sessions
Can I buy just one session?
Yes you can!
We have found that it takes approximately 27 days to form a new habit. By meeting with you 2-3 times a week we will be helping you create a LIFESTYLE CHANGE . . . a new HEALTHY HABIT!
